Working with literally hundreds of National and Global Fortune 500 companies, Governments, and Small/Medium Businesses, Mr. Fair is adept at understanding the core of what truly makes business work.

Mr. Fair started his career at the Pentagon working with the cutting edge of Top Secret Cryptographic, Fiber Optic, Video Compression, and other emerging technologies. Mr. Fair was responsible for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, D.O.D, F.B.I., D.E.A., N.S.A., State Department, and The White House communications networks, including Air Force One communications, and the now declassified Washington to Moscow Hotlink (The "Red" Phone).

While at the Pentagon, Mr. Fair also worked on developing the precursors to the Internet (the ARPAnet and the Defense Data Network), and Mr. Fair actually came up with the idea for the world's first DNS Server while coordinating with Paul Mockapetris in 1983. The "Internet" had only one thousand end users at that time.

Specifically selected to receive specialized training: Special Forces Sniper Course (SFSC) and Special Forces Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (S.E.R.E.) course, Mr. Fair was then assigned to several overseas Top-Secret missions in many different countries, supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff, N.A.T.O., C.I.A., Special Forces, and State Department in Forward Operating Base (F.O.B.) and covert mission operations.

Later stationed in Europe, Mr. Fair supported Department of Defense, U.S. Intelligence, and NATO communications facilities in many different countries, including Germany, England, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Spain (along with many additional Top-Secret missions in undisclosed territories).

After the military Mr. Fair moved into the civilian sector working with major network hardware manufacturer and industry leader Timeplex, Inc. on major/critical projects worldwide.

Sprint then requested Mr. Fair as an on-site consultant and he went on to redesign the entire global SprintNet backbone network (the Internet backbone).

Mr. Fair also developed a comprehensive Project Management and Major Account Management training program and conducted on-site training and mentoring of other Project Managers, Major Account Managers, and Network Consultants.
